With out the Proper nutrition and daily consumption of vitamins your body could be negatively effected. That's why growing up we were told to make sure to take your vitamins and eat correctly.One vitamin that we may have forgot to take is Folate.
.Folic acid is found in many different foods that many of us eat on a daily basis. Sources of this vitamin include cereals, baked goods, leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli, lettuce), okra, asparagus, fruits (bananas, melons, lemons), legumes, yeast, mushrooms, organ meat (beef liver, kidney), orange juice, and tomato juice. Folic acid supplements are suggested for use in women of childbearing age in order to prevent neural tube defects. This defect has since decreased in many countries since folic acid has been inputted in flour and cereals.
Lets not forget that folate is important in the creation of red blood cells. This vitamin will help maintain a lot of healthy red blood cells when it's time to workout! A lack of folic acid can make the body susceptible to cancer. Lets not forget that white blood cells need a healthy amount of folate in the body.Folate can help prevent homocysteine build-up in your blood, It can support cell production, especially in your skin,Help prevent osteoporosis-related bone fracturesand dementias including Alzheimer's diseaseand, and It can allow nerves to function properly. This will completely change your body's defense mechanism.
Folate is one of many important vitamins that should be consumed in order to lead a healthy lifestyle.
