Go at least 8 hours a day without smoking (when we sleep)
Not smoke when we go on a lengthy flight (You aren't allowed)
Be smoke free for several hours whilst in a meeting
The list is by no means exhaustive, but you get what I'm saying, how is it possible to do all these yet we believe stopping will be tough, I am expecting you are one step ahead of me by now... the answer is simple, we're not thinking about it for whatever reason.
